Generally, this is between 10 to 15 minutes. We do provide guests with cold drinking water, packaged candy and cookies in the cooler on our boat. There is a half hour at the boat dock between AM and PM tours for all day guests.

Our Key Largo scuba diving staff's dedication to excellence in customer service has made us realize in mid-year 2024 that online booking systems were not working for our business. Too many dive and snorkeling tours customers were leaving online booking carts unfulfilled and calling us stating they were not ready to book till they had questions answered and many said the online booking was confusing. So, in effort to provide the highest-level customer for bookings we hired our live reservation agents to do all booking via email or phone calls.
